Orders: name, email, shipping address. Payment via Stripe — we never store card details. Legal basis: contract.

Waitlist: name, email, optional colour preferences. Legal basis: consent.

Site visits: we may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site use. If analytics or marketing cookies such as Google Analytics are enabled, they should be used only after cookie consent where required.
