Shipping
Every piece ships tracked and insured. Shipping is included in the price for the countries available at checkout.
We ship within 10 business days of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves Estonia.
All pieces ship from Estonia via tracked international post with full insurance. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Returns
If something is not right — for any reason — write to us within 30 days of receiving your piece. We will arrange collection and refund your full amount.
You keep the letter and the certificate.

Lifetime repair
Lifetime repair covers weaving or workmanship failures under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, moth damage, improper care, alterations, or normal wear. Repair is free; shipping arrangements are agreed case by case. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Waitlist reservations
Your €80 reservation is fully refundable until you either use it toward a shawl purchase or ask us to refund it. When a shawl is offered, you receive photos and a 48-hour purchase window. If you buy, the €80 is credited against the €800 price. If you do not buy or change your mind, we refund the €80 to the original payment method within 5 business days.
